Cambridge Who’s Who members Claire Power Murphy and Terrance Alan are proud to co-promote a trio of projects that are focused on the power of faith and healing.
Ms. Murphy, a Cambridge Who’s Who Top 101 Industry Expert Representing Health and Wellness, is the author of “Preserved to Serve,” the semi-autobiographical story about her daughter Laurie, who overcame numerous hurdles as a newborn and grew to become a healthy, active teenager. Besides celebrating the power of faith, the story also touches on the medical and legal issues surrounding the experience.
“Preserved to Serve” is an award-winning book (Female Autobiography of 2008 and finalist in Christian Inspiration in USA Best Books 2008) available for purchase with a CD recording of a song bearing the same title, which was written and performed by Cambridge Who’s Who member Terrance Alan. The two members were introduced to each other on Cambridge Who’s Who Connect and began working together when Ms. Murphy became involved in the independent Christian family film, “Gold Score,” produced by Miracle Films. The single “Preserved to Serve” will be featured on the film’s soundtrack and can be heard at on Terrance Alan’s Myspace Page.
Featuring World Champion Bull Rider Scott Mendes “Gold Score” details the budding relationship of the son of a paralyzed bull rider and an aspiring country starlet. In a “love story against all odds,” Dustin wants to pursue bull riding as a career like his father, who was so tormented by his limitations that he attempts suicide and refuses to see his son follow the same path. Dustin soon meets Taylor Ann, a country singer, and they fall in love against her father’s wishes. More information about “Gold Score” can be found at www.goldscorethemovie.com.
Ms. Murphy and Mr. Alan have formed a friendly and effective collaboration through Cambridge Who’s Who that will greatly help them in the cross-promotion of their products. An autographed CD of the song “Preserved to Serve” will be affixed to the inside back cover of a personally autographed copy of the book, “Preserved to Serve.” The packaged deal can be purchased at www.selfrej.com.
