When someone uses their strength, size, and seniority to take advantage of a child, it is an act of malice and immorality. These acts haunt us for years. I wish I could say that the bad memories will disappear, but I cannot. I encourage you to make your dream come true, and put on paper your feelings and experiences. Just responding to my story took bravery. It will not be easy reliving what happened to you, but I promise you it is healing. May the Lord bless you and your family! When I turned 13 yrs. old, I told my mom and confronted my step dad. He denied everything, but my sisters said that he had done the same thing to them. Of course, he denied that too. My reason for this reply is that I have been so afraid to step out and write a book about my life because of fear. I have some material but every time I try to get in touch with someone I never get a response. So today I say to you, thanks for your encouragement! I will get started now! Becky B. I was sexually abused as a little girl, and just last month, I was delivered from that hurt, scared, and lonely girl. I long to help others be set free from what has been holding them down. God has called me into the ministry field - something that I didn't want, but now that I have said YES to God, I feel that it is where I am supposed to be. I've always wanted to see people happy while forgetting about myself, so I know that I am the one for the job to save as many people as God will allow me to. God bless you.
