Redwood City, CA.…June 14, 2007–Denise R. Cascino, co-producer for Dreamworks Animation, has been named a lifetime member of Cambridge Who’s Who for her dedicated work with Dreamworks Animation, the producers of computer-generated entertainment that appeals to all audiences. While inclusion in Cambridge Who’s Who Registry is an honor, only two male and two female members in each discipline are named the Cambridge Who’s Who Executive/Professional of the Year. The Cambridge Who’s Who selection committee hand picks these special honorees based on their accomplishments, academic achievement, leadership and service.

Cascino was senior production manager for Shrek 2, production supervisor of the layout department for Shrek and production supervisor of layout for Antz, the 1998 animated movie about a worker ant who falls in love with a princess ant. Cascino’s other credits include working as co-executive producer on Twas the Night Before Bumpy and post-production supervisor of Bump in the Night, an animated series that aired from 1994 to 1995 on ABC. The series was filmed using claymation, a form of stop motion sculpted in clay or other pliable matter. Cas
cino was also animation where each object and character isan animator for The 77th Annual
Academy Awards.
Cascino received her bachelor of arts in broadcast communication arts from San Francisco State University in 1981. She is a member of the International Animation Film Society.
